NEAT JAX’S COIVD-19 PRECAUTIONS:
NEAT Jax has been accepting appointments cautiously, please be patient with our scheduling process. We will adhere to the city, state and federal restrictions and guidelines.
- Organizers are fully vaccinated.
- Masks are worn by organizers if requested.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY NEAT JAX SERVICE?
NEAT Jax prefers electronic payments via Venmo or the Cash App.
- Venmo payments can be sent to @Maureen-NEATJAX
- Cash App payments can be sent to $MaureenNEATJax
- Cash is not accepted.
- Checks must be payable to NEAT Jax and can be mailed to the address at the top of your invoice.
- Credit Cards are accepted for an additional fee.
DOES NEAT JAX CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of $75.
NOTE: We follow up via text to confirm the date, time, and details, at least once prior to your appointment. When we do, please respond to confirm. If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule and fill the spot.
WHERE IS NEAT JAX LOCATED?
Neat Jax does not have a brick-and-mortar office. We meet our clients in their homes!
WHAT TYPES OF JOBS OR PROJECTS DOES NEAT JAX TAKE ON?
Anything that causes you stress! Closets, storage areas, garages, attics, kitchens, laundry rooms, kid's areas, offices... You name it, we can organize it!
WILL NEAT JAX TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF JACKSONVILLE?
Yes! We charge a $50 travel fee per organizer per day for addresses with a travel time over 40 minutes from Jacksonville's Urban Core. If you are located more than an hour from Jacksonville an additional fee may apply.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TIME IT TAKES TO COMPLETE A NEAT JAX JOB/PROJECT?
We have a suggested minimum of three hours and typically book each job for at least four hours unless the client specified the amount of time they have available. Each project is different and very subjective to the client, it's difficult to estimate the amount of time it will take before actually being in the space and getting started.

I have. I think she has lots of great tips and tricks but sometimes takes the process of decluttering a little too far! If you would like to know that part of KonMari that I find helpful let me know and I'll send you my cliff notes!
IF ORGANIZING TOOLS/SUPPLIES ARE NEEDED, ARE THEY INCLUDED IN NEAT JAX'S HOURLY FEE AND WHERE DO YOU GET THEM?
When extra organizational tools and supplies are needed that cannot be found within the space, NEAT Jax professionals will go out and purchase these items in order to complete the project.
NOTE: We ask for a budget before beginning each project because it is the client's responsibility to reimburse NEAT Jax for these supplies. Of course, all receipts are kept in the event that you do not care for the items purchased. Based on your personal style and budget we can go anywhere to get these supplies!
ARE DECORATING SERVICES PROVIDED?
Of course! We are always happy to help move furniture, be an unbiased set of eyes, and we have a knack for decorative shelving displays! We also love to help decorate for all holidays and special occasions!
WHERE CAN I SELL, DONATE, DISPOSE OF UNWANTED ITEMS?
We love to support Jacksonville's local, community-focused donation sites like Community Hospice, BEAM and City Rescue Mission, however Goodwill is often the most convenient depending on our schedule. Selling used furniture is easiest through Craigslist or Facebook's SwipSwap - this is not a service we provide. If you have a higher quality piece try contacting decorators directly.
